Service areas

Squamish, Whistler and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor.

We work the corridor — Highway 99 from Horseshoe Bay up to Pemberton. Being based here rather than driving up from the Lower Mainland is the difference between a same-day response and a next-week one.

Home base

Squamish

Squamish has grown from a mill town into a full residential and commercial community, and the property stock grew with it — new townhome developments, expanding stratas, a busier downtown and a steady flow of short-term rentals.

Because we are based here, Squamish gets our shortest response times and our most flexible scheduling. Same-week starts are normal, and emergency call-outs are measured in minutes rather than hours.

What we mostly do here

  • Strata common areas and grounds
  • Commercial and retail cleaning
  • Residential recurring cleans
  • Year-round maintenance and snow

Communities covered

  • Downtown Squamish
  • Garibaldi Highlands
  • Brackendale
  • Valleycliffe
  • Dentville

Resort operations

Whistler

A resort town where the calendar runs the property, not the other way around. Whistler work is dominated by turnovers, seasonal occupancy swings and owners who are somewhere else for most of the year.

We schedule Whistler around arrivals and departures — early-morning starts, same-day turnovers, and coverage through the periods when finding staff is hardest. Winter service assumes snow, rather than the possibility of snow.

What we mostly do here

  • Hotel and lodge housekeeping support
  • Short-term rental turnovers
  • Key management and guest check-in
  • Snow clearing and ice control

Communities covered

  • Whistler Village
  • Village North
  • Upper Village
  • Creekside
  • Alta Vista
  • Blueberry Hill
  • Nordic
  • Emerald Estates
  • Function Junction
  • Rainbow
  • Cheakamus Crossing

Highway 99, end to end

The Sea-to-Sky Corridor

Everything along Highway 99 between Horseshoe Bay and Pemberton. It is a long, narrow service area with very different properties at each end, which is exactly why a single local vendor works better than four regional ones.

We plan corridor routes so travel time does not end up on your invoice, and we coordinate visits for owners and managers holding properties in more than one community.

What we mostly do here

  • Multi-property portfolios
  • Vacation and second-home care
  • Vacant-property checks
  • Seasonal and one-off projects

Communities covered

  • Lions Bay
  • Porteau Cove
  • Britannia Beach
  • Furry Creek
  • Paradise Valley
  • Pemberton
  • Mount Currie
  • Birken
  • Whistler

How coverage works

Local crews. Routed properly.

Response, not travel time

Corridor routes are planned so crews are already nearby. You should not be paying for someone to drive up Highway 99 for an hour.

Multi-property portfolios

Managing buildings in more than one community? We coordinate the visits and the reporting across all of them.

Winter is planned for

Snow clearing and ice control are scheduled before the season, not arranged in a panic the morning after the first dump.

Emergencies, anywhere on the route

The 24/7 line covers the whole corridor, not just the town our office happens to sit in.

Absentee owners

A large share of corridor property sits empty for weeks. We hold keys, check the building and let trades in so you do not have to drive up.

Just outside the area?

If you are near the corridor and not sure whether we reach you, ask. For the right scope we will usually make it work.

Not sure if we cover your address?

Send the property location with your request and we will confirm coverage and response times before anything else.
