This policy explains what personal information Allvora Group Limited (“Allvora”, “we”, “us”) collects through allvora.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the Request a Quote or Contact form, we receive:
- Your name, and the company or property name if you give one
- Your phone number and email address
- The property location, the service you are asking about and any preferred date
- Whatever you write in the message field
- The page you submitted from, the time of submission and your IP address
The page, timestamp and IP address are recorded only so we can identify and block automated spam. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To arrange a site walkthrough and, if you go ahead, to deliver the service
- To keep a record of the request so nothing is lost between people on our team
- Where you have ticked the optional box, to send you occasional service updates — you can stop these at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@allvora.com
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in this website’s own database on our hosting, and emailed to info@allvora.com. They are read by Allvora staff only. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
We may share limited details with a subcontractor where that is genuinely necessary to deliver the service you have asked for — for example, giving a specialist trade the property address so they can attend.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while they are commercially useful — typically for the duration of any resulting engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This website does not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. WordPress may set a cookie if a member of our own team logs in to the administration area. If we later add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law — the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, in British Columbia, the Personal Information Protection Act — you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@allvora.com or call 604-907-1575 and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and administrative access is restricted to named accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, alarm codes or payment card details through the website forms.
