How quickly will I hear back after requesting a quote?
We aim to respond to every request the same day. Anything that arrives after 6 PM is answered the next morning. If the situation is urgent, call 604-907-1575 rather than waiting on email.
Do you charge for a site visit or an estimate?
No. Walkthroughs and quotes are free, and they are booked by appointment at a time that works for you and for the property.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Each service is scoped and scheduled on its own, so you can start with one — cleaning, grounds, housekeeping, key management — and add others as the property needs them. The same contact stays accountable across all of them.
Do you take one-off jobs, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. A single move-out clean, a one-day labour crew or a pre-arrival service is just as welcome as a year-round strata agreement.
Which communities do you actually cover?
Squamish, Whistler and the communities along Highway 99 between Horseshoe Bay and Pemberton — including Lions Bay, Britannia Beach, Furry Creek, Brackendale, Garibaldi Highlands, Creekside, Function Junction and Pemberton. If you are near the corridor and unsure, ask.
What are your hours, and what if something urgent comes up?
We are open every day, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For anything urgent — a break-in, a lock-out, a failed check-in, storm damage or a property left insecure — call the main line during those hours and it reaches a person, not a queue.
